Sales Engineering Manager
Nick leads the team responsible for architecting Spot Industrial Inspection installations to generate positive business value for customers. His team works directly with new and existing customers to evaluate their facilities for Spot Industrial Inspection installations, ensuring that Spot will operate reliably in an autonomous fashion. Nick has visited over 50 unique customer facilities to evaluate them for Spot Industrial Inspection Installations. Nick previously led the team responsible for deploying Spot to over 30 unique customer facilities since its product launch in 2020.
Technical Trainer
Nicole's main goals are to ensure that people are confident and successful in working with Boston Dynamics robots. She develops and delivers training on Spot to a variety of audiences and settings across many industries. Nicole works closely with a variety of stakeholders to develop materials that set customers up for success. This includes direct customer feedback, work with sales, support, and deployment engineers, and nonstop hands-on experience with the newest features of Boston Dynamics products. Nicole is always looking for new ways to make bringing Spot onboard at your facility as easy as possible.
Associate Director of Field Applications for Spot
Seth is the Associate Director of Field Applications for Spot and has over 12 years of experience operating mobile robots in the real world. He has helped shape the capabilities and applications of Boston Dynamics legged robots from prototype to product. His team has been deploying and operating Spot at customer sites since its launch as a commercial product in 2020. The Field Applications team provides direct support to customers who add Spot to their daily operations. By providing wrap around services to enable both individual and scaled rollouts of the Boston Dynamics product line.
